Use of Multipurpose Room

At Faith Gospel Center, we’re glad to offer our Multipurpose Room as a welcoming space for meaningful gatherings and special occasions. Whether you’re planning a celebration, memorial, or meeting,  we  can offer a place where people can come together.

The Multipurpose Room is available on Saturdays for a 6-hour block between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.1
  • Facility Details:
    • Room Dimensions: 37 feet wide x 40 feet long
    • Raised Stage Area: 37 feet wide x 5 feet deep
  • Seating Options:
    • Banquet seating for up to 90 guests (9 six-foot round tables with white resin folding chairs)
    • Theater-style seating for up to 130 guests (white resin folding chairs)
  • Additional Amenities:
    • Access to the rear parking lot and spacious lobby entrance
    • Fully-stocked restrooms with multiple stalls
    • Kitchen available for service preparation only (Please note: onsite cooking is not permitted.)

The License Fee is $400
HOW TO REQUEST USE OF THE MULTIPURPOSE ROOM
1. Check date availability
Email us at admin@fgcvallejo.org, or contact us by using the contact form below.
2. Secure a Sponsor
All events require a Faith Gospel Center sponsor. A sponsor is a regular attender of Faith Gospel Center who is 21 years of age or older and agrees to serve as your point of contact throughout the process. If you are a regular attender at FGC, then the sponsor would be you.
Your sponsor agrees to:
- Obtain General or Special Event Liability Insurance for the event
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time (keys and alarm key tag will be provided)
- Be present for the full duration of the event
- Ensure all License Agreement guidelines are followed
- Secure the facility at the conclusion of the event
- Return keys and alarm tag the Sunday following the event
3. Submit Your Application & Security Deposit
Complete and submit the Multipurpose Room Use Application along with a $200 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 21 calendar days after the event, following confirmation that all License Agreement conditions were met and the facility and equipment are in good order.
4. Sign and Return the License Agreement
Once your application has been reviewed and approved by Faith Gospel Center, you will enter into a License Agreement outlining the terms and conditions of use.
5. Submit the License Fee
The License Fee must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your requested event date, along with the signed License Agreement.
